Summer workshops
March 29, 2010I’m going to be pretty busy with workshops this summer, but here are a couple to be going on with. Myself and Peter Salisbury are giving a weekend workshop on drama and narrative at the wonderful Anam Cara Writers Retreat in West Cork (1st – 4th July) . It is a fabulous location, run by a force of nature otherwise known as Sue Booth Forbes, and we aim to have some fun along the way. You can get more details on
http://www.anamcararetreat.com.
They also have a blog at

I’m also taking a week long memoir workshop at the John Hewitt Summer School, (26th to 30th July) in Armagh and you’ll get more details of that shortly on

And at the end of the summer, there’ll be some exciting events taking place at UCD’s John Hume Institute for Global Irish Studies. I’m still working on that programme so I’ll be back with an update for that one.

Good luck with it all, Nessa.
